5 booking requests every 7 days, counted on a rolling window. Every booking feature is included; only the number of new requests is limited.

Dedicated

£350 one-off

Your own installation on your own server, licensed to one business. You get the full booking product — booking page, dashboard, branding, calendar and email — with your data on hardware you control.

Optional managed installation: £150 one-off — we install and configure the software on a server you provide. It does not include hosting, a domain, or email or SMS provider charges, which stay yours.

Installed within 7 calendar days of your payment clearing and our receiving the server access, domain and provider details needed — counted from whichever is later.
7 calendar days of installation support after handover, for questions and faults from that installation. A separate commitment, starting from a different point.
After those 7 days there is no ongoing support, maintenance, monitoring or upgrade service — none is included in any price here.

What you will need: your own server or VPS, a domain name with HTTPS, and an email service for booking emails. SMS and Google Calendar are optional. Full requirements.

Operator Kit

Run unlimited businesses

Install the full platform on your own infrastructure, manage multiple businesses and customise the source code. No per-business licence fee and no recurring software subscription.

Reselling or redistributing the software requires written permission.

What you will need: your own hosting, domain and HTTPS, and an email service for booking emails. Connect a supported SMS provider only if you want text messaging. You run and maintain the installation. Full requirements.
